No payment or commitment. Starting prices are subject to property size, condition, access and scope confirmation. The estimate covers The Drye Spot’s service fees only; cleaner and vendor charges are separate. Selecting services does not book work.

Monthly hours reset each month. Additional work requires your approval. Software subscriptions, vendor charges, cleaning, repairs, and materials are separate. Owners hire and pay vendors directly.
Travel, access & package details
Serving Imperial County, Palm Desert, Palm Springs, and San Diego, California, and Yuma, Arizona. Standard visit prices include travel within 15 road miles of our business location. Listed service areas outside that radius may have additional travel charges; availability and all travel charges are confirmed in your quote before booking. Occupied-property access requires owner-arranged authorization and legally required notice. No emergency or 24-hour response is included. Larger properties, additional units, vacant land and rural acreage receive a tailored quote based on size, access, travel and agreed check areas. Standard home-visit prices do not cover walking an entire parcel or fence line.
What our services cover
Scheduled visual property checks, exterior and grounds observations, cleaning and vendor coordination, and optional administrative and bookkeeping support. Cleaning coordination does not include cleaning labor. Property checks are not security services, technical inspections or guarantees against damage. Services exclude tenant placement, rental showings, lease negotiation, rent collection, payment arrangements, security deposit decisions, legal notices, construction supervision, and technical or code-compliance inspections. Owners retain rental decisions and control of funds.
